DELIVERY & SHIPPING?
Orders are shipped in 1-2 days, and delivered within 2-5 business days (add about 3 days more for International orders). Upon order confirmation, you'll receive a tracking code to monitor your shipment's progress. Shipping is free for orders over 50$ in the USA.
RETURNS & REFUNDS?
We understand there might be times when you need to return or exchange an item. For unopened, sealed products in resalable condition, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase. Please keep in mind that for hygiene reasons, and as our products are ingestible, we cannot accept opened or used products.
Making a return or exchange is easy! Send us an email first at support@motherchaga.com to tell us the reason of your return to ensure smooth processing. Send your unopened item(s) back to us with your order confirmation within 28 days. Please note that you'll be responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Additionally, any international customs duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable through us, but you might be able to recover them by contacting your local customs office directly.
Upon receiving the unopened item(s) we will process a refund to the original method of payment.
Please note that we will not provide refunds for customers that have provided the wrong address, or for unclaimed packages.
